Originally from San Diego, Trey has been surfing for five years and is already known for his effortless stoke and genuinely sunny attitude. His heart belongs to Rocky Point—one of the North Shore’s most fun, high-performance breaks—and he brings that same playful energy into every lesson.
His current board of choice is his 5’10 Custom Sauritch, a stick he’s kept alive through more repairs than he’d like to admit. But that board has character—just like Trey’s teaching style. Students love his optimism, encouragement, and ability to turn every wipeout into a laugh.
His future goal? Get properly barreled at Pipe—because every surfer knows that’s the real-life achievement badge. Bonus fact: Trey is scuba certified, which means he’s just as comfortable underwater as he is above it.
