SMS Messaging
We send transactional SMS messages to customers who have current surf lesson reservations. The SMS messages contain information like booking time, map links, and day-of instructions. You are free to opt-out of SMS messages at any time by responding “STOP.”
After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START” or “JOIN” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword “HELP”. Or, you can get help directly from us.
Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You should expect to receive 2-3 text messages from us per lesson.
