Originally from Seattle, Lauren traded gray skies for blue water and never looked back. She’s a newer surfer—just six months in—but she’s already hooked, and her favorite mellow spot, Inside Pops, has become her classroom for all things wave-related.
What sets her apart? Her charming personality—students adore her warm energy, encouraging presence, and the way she hypes everyone up like they’re starring in their own surf movie.
Her big dream is to photograph the Eddie Aikau Invitational, one of the most iconic big-wave events in the world. With her passion for surf culture and her eye for storytelling, she’s well on her way. When she’s not shooting or surfing, Lauren refurbishes old analog film cameras—because of course she does. She’s equal parts artist, technician, and ocean-loving adventurer.
